What does IDX do?

MLS® IDX integration is the method all real estate websites use to display the latest MLS® listings. It’s asking for the latest MLS® info, such as listings, photos, and prices, which is stored at a separate location than the website itself.

What’s wrong with IDX?

The website content is loaded first, like logos, colours, and text. When that’s finished, the latest listings are loaded separately, from an entirely different system on the internet.
